1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Grace & Whimsy, we offer a variety of secure payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

All payments are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

2. Payment Processing

  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received.
  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your payment details are correct before submitting your order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices listed on Grace & Whimsy are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price you will be charged.
  • Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email serves as proof of your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at info@graceandwhimsy.com.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If you experience any issues with your order or payment, please contact us first at info@graceandwhimsy.com so we can assist you promptly.
  • Unauthorised or unfounded chargebacks may be disputed. We kindly ask that you contact our support team before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

7. Fraud Prevention

  • Grace & Whimsy reserves the right to cancel or place on hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.
  • Additional identity or payment verification may be requested for high-value transactions or where suspicious activity is detected.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer where fraudulent activity is confirmed or reasonably suspected, in accordance with applicable UK law.

8. Failed or Disputed Payments

If your payment fails at checkout, please check the following before trying again:

  • Ensure your card details (number, expiry date, and CVV) are entered correctly.
  • Check that your billing address matches the address registered with your bank.
  • Contact your bank or card provider to confirm there are no restrictions on your account.
