This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed for delivery within the United Kingdom and the United States. All orders are fulfilled and shipped exclusively from our international warehouse in Zhejiang, China. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local courier handling. In rare cases, international deliveries can take longer than expected. By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below. Our goal is to provide fast and reliable delivery for UK and US customers while maintaining full transparency about how and from where we ship.

A. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom and the United States.

There are no hidden fees.

In most cases, no additional import duties or customs fees will apply. However, in rare circumstances, customs authorities may assess charges that are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@graceandwhimsy.com.

B. Delivery Time, Processing & Order Cut-off

Orders placed after 21:00 (GMT) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

United States

Orders placed after 21:00 (GMT) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Important Note: All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our international warehouse in Zhejiang, China using priority air shipping. This allows us to offer fast delivery times to the UK and US. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and final-mile delivery conditions.

Please note that during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or major sale events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend placing your order in advance during these periods.

C. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

D. Carriers & Delivery Partners

We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail – final-mile delivery within the UK

United States

  • USPS – final-mile delivery within the US

The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and product availability. All shipments are tracked end-to-end.

E. Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order at info@graceandwhimsy.com.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery addresses can no longer be changed. We are unable to accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

F. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@graceandwhimsy.com.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you wish to return your order after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

G. Damaged Packages in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our support team immediately.

If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact us at info@graceandwhimsy.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged packaging and affected items so we can resolve it promptly.

We will assess each case individually and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

H. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed without delivery, please contact us at info@graceandwhimsy.com.

We will investigate with our carrier partners and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

I. Customs & Import Information

All orders are shipped from China to the United Kingdom or the United States. As an international shipment, your order may be subject to customs inspection upon entry into your country.

Grace & Whimsy takes steps to ensure that all parcels are correctly declared and comply with applicable import regulations. In most cases, no additional action is required from you.

However, in rare cases, customs authorities may contact you for additional documentation or assessment of duties. If you have any concerns, please contact us at info@graceandwhimsy.com.

J. Delivery Failures & Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the parcel being returned, we reserve the right to process a refund minus any applicable shipping and handling costs.
